BnC: Android Tiers Fix
Fixes incompatibility between Babies and Children & Android Tiers mods.
What this mod does
Fixes the following problems caused with Android Tiers mod:
* Androids are not being played by other colonists from now on.
* Androids now can rest until healed when they have operations set on them.
