Hello,
The mod is based on dynamic development so it grows overtime and decays when there is devastation. Everything is based on local development cost so building university or using state edict for dev, have sense now. All techincall details i will put in one of the disscusions so they don’t use to much space here.

Mod is using also "Country and Province Eras" To balance out cost of conquering and speed of natural growth in some peroids of time, or to make provinces develop like crazy during Industrial Revolution

Side effect of that mod is that its promoting stable medium size countries with tall gameplay rather than WC gameplay due to gov capacity limits

Mod also set development of Americas and Australia to miniumum, as it can develop overtime

Note: This mod is not trying to simulate the real growth of Countries in history

Mod mechanis ingame take time to refresh, for the optimalization purpose ( shouldn’t take more than 3 years for everything to be working )

Compatibility

Everything but stuff that change instiutions but even if the mod can work without country eras to balance it out
