Series50 and 51
Series 50 coaches began production in 1978, with more than 1,000 coaches built, but EMU and DMU soon replaced the coach operations, and most were decommissioned after about 15 years.
Mani50
Mani 50 is a luggage car that started to be manufactured in 1978, like the 50 series coaches. However, because the Japanese National Railways discontinued the cargo transportation in 1986, most of the cars were discontinued in about 10 years.
