No Additional Upkeep Per Army (Radious and SFO compatible)
Found the trick. I placed an @ in front of the mod pack name, and this should mean this mod is loaded in an order that is compabinle with Radious mod. (Mods are loaded in alphabetical order and people get around this often by adding an @ in front of their mod pack name so that theirs have (lowest priority) which means their mods overwrite previously loaded mods) Same as my other mod, only this one has higher load order precedence.
if this still doesn’t work, then another mod somewhere used the same trick I did to get this compatible (adding an @ in front of the pack name, mods load in alphabetical order) and is overriding this one.
UPDATE!: Due to balancing issues on Very Hard that have been brought to my attention I have moved the horde growth cost change to a new mod.
