Radious Submod: Rise of Nehekhara-Tomb King Upgrades

This adds scap mechanics to the Tomb King factions using canopic jars as currency
The upgrades are mostly based on equipment upgrades and training and are not mutually exclusive.
You can take only one Blessing and that excludes all other upgrades and you can’t upgrade your unit more, the Blessings are marked (Exclusive) in the UI.
So if you want to get the biggest bang for your eh….canopic jars then you should take the Exclusive upgrade last as it locks out all further upgrades.
Should work with everything that doesn’t touch on scrap upgrades for the Tomb Kings
Units that are added via mods are not included
