Modular MOD (Quest)
This is just the modular mod installation part.
This mod does not work on its own.
It requires another mod with a flag.
If a building has a flag, it can be used as a player-only item.
You can use this flag in any way you want.

Let’s say I or another modder made a mod with a flag.
A lot of quest sections can get in the way.
Let’s keep the installation quests to one and put in the mods that have the features you need.
