Expanded Materials – Metals: Compacted Junk
This is an add-on for Árgon’s Expanded Materials – Metals. LOAD AFTER THAT MOD.
Compacted Junk replaces all of the new metal ores with… well, compacted junk. Mining it yields Scrap Metal, which can be recycled into other metals at the smelter.
Common metals don’t require anything, while rare metals require the ‘Advanced Scrap Recycling’ research. Titanium can’t be recycled from scrap.
This mod also renames the new smelters to Furnaces, to avoid confusion with the vanilla smelters.
