I saw this and absolutely agreed. So I thought who better than the Tech Hunters to take over Catun once the nobles are removed.
Will expand on more over time.
Current features:
Police and Noble buildings replaced with new shops and bars.
If Shiro is dead, Tech Hunters will take over the town. If Wren dies then fishmen take over Catun.
Two new NPCs: Wren and his bodyguard Dust. These two will patrol the town.
Dialogue for Wren/Dust explaining how the Tech Hunters were able to swoop in and prevent the city from falling to the fishmen.
Fishmen nests being more common, to show that the tech hunters managed to fight off a siege of them once the samurai deserted.
