Description:

This mod adds a brand new CB to (almost) every country: the Enforce Government Type CB. This CB allows you (with limitations) to force a neighbor of yours to change to your government type and reform.

For example, if you’re a Plutocracy and you declare on a Feudal Monarchy and enforce demands using the Enforce Government Type peace deal, your target will become a Plutocracy as well.

Limitations do apply. The following government types come with special restrictions:

The following governments have special caveats that come with using this CB:

  • Shogunate – Changes war target to a vassal Daimyo
  • Revolutionary Republic – Changes war target to Revolutionary State
  • Papacy – Changes war target to Monastic Order
  • Great Mongol State – Changes war target to Horde
  • Venetian Government – Changes war target to Plutocracy
  • Pirate Republic – Target’s capital needs to be coastal, on an island or in the Maghreb region
  • Plutocracy (Monarchy) – Target must be in the Chinese, Indian, East African, or Muslim tech group
  • Indian Sultanate – Target’s capital must be in India. Changes war target to your religion if they aren’t in the Muslim religion group
  • Iqta – Changes war target to your religion if they aren’t in the Muslim religion group
  • Russian Principality – Target isn’t and hasn’t been a Tsardom, target is in the East Slavic culture group. Changes war target to your religion if they aren’t Orthodox
  • Feudal Theocracy – Changes war target to your religion if they aren’t in the Muslim religion group
  • Mandala System – Target must be in the Chinese tech group. Changes war target to your religion if they aren’t in the Buddhist, Dharmic, Muslim, or Animist religions
  • Nayankara System – Target must be in the Dravidian culture group, or have Oriya or Sinhala primary culture. Changes war target to your religion if they aren’t in the Dharmic or Buddhist religion groups
  • Misl Confederacy – Changes target to your religion if they aren’t Sikh
  • Rajput Kingdom – Target must be in the Indian tech group, the West Aryan culture group, or have Vindhyan primary culture, and can’t be Marathi
  • Gond Kingdom – Target must be in the Indian tech group and with Gond primary culture
  • Free City – Target will stop being a free city if vassalized or have more than one province
  • Veche Republic – Target must be in the Eastern Slavic culture group
  • American Republic – Target must have American primary culture
