Truly too Horrible to Die

Description:
So I was somewhat disappointed with the Abomination and particularly this passive. Instead of being a chance at second life it often ended up just wasting the last 1,200 HP it had left and dying or if it did regen, it only got about 1,200 HP back and then died 5 seconds later due to how weak it is.
However for this mod, I did not modify its stats other than to increase the amount of health it regains and to slightly increase the chance of it gaining health.

Changes:
Successful Regenerate: From 1,200 HP -> 3,600 HP. This puts it close to 5,000 health if it "comes back to life" and makes this passive truly useful.
Miscast chance: From 50% -> 45%. Just a small increase to the chance that it will regenerate instead of dying outright. It’s just to slightly tip the scales since this is a tier 5 monster with massive upkeep. Even in my tests I had to try the battle a second time as my test abominations all failed to regenerate in the first test and just died right away.

This mod should be compatible with any mod that does not change the ability "Too Horrible To Die" entries in the special_ability_phases table or the unit_special_abilities table.
