beta mask of infamy
A lot of people have gotten confused by Mask of Infamy’s design after the heart gets destroyed. It’s supposed to be a giant Isaac head, similar to The Gate’s death animation. Most people though (myself included), originally thought that it was an eyeball. The Concept art shows a much more obvious fetus. I really liked the fetal design and wanted to create a mod that uses that same design.
