Description:

Gives the dwarf ranged increase to make them a bit more Dwarf-y. The idea of umgak manling artillery outranging the race that developed them first is a grudge-worthy offense.

Range boost examples:
1. Handguns go from 145 to 160.
2. Crossbows go from 160 to 180.
3. Grudgethrowers go from 400 to 440
4. Cannons go from 440 to 470.

I believe this is more in fitting with the theme of the dwarfs as they are the masters engineering in the setting.
