Lily’s Facilities: Starting Base
Initiating a new campaign introduces the Commander to the Avenger’s operations. Luckily, Engineer Shen has been hard at work excavating the Avenger. This mod allows the player to select facility buildings to begin the campaign with.
Enhancements
By default, one facility will begin completed: the Guerrilla Tactics School below the Soldier’s Quarters.
However, any and all facilities can be built and fully customized within this mod’s configuration file: XCom_Starting_Facilities.ini
