Панельные дома серии I-515 являются лидерами распространения в 50ые года по всей РСФСР. Годы строительства с 1957 по 1973гг.
Во время прокладки линий метро, некоторые дома данной серии треснули, поэтому большинство их снесли примерно в 70ые годы.
Во всех квартирах, кроме торцевых однокомнатных, туалет и ванные раздельные. Вентиляция — естественная вытяжка через вентблоки в ванных комнатах и на кухне.
Балконы имеются во всех квартирах, кроме тех, которые находятся на первом этаже. Мусоропровод отсутствует. Выход на лестницу без противопожарного балкона.
Элемент-пак включает в себя различные фрагменты – как рядовые, так и торцевые, для первого, промежуточного и последнего этажей.
P.S Как правильно рассчитать количество жителей: на каждом этаже по 4 квартиры, в каждом живет одна семья. Итого 8 человек на этаже. Соответственно это количество умножаете на количество этажей и получаете вместимость вашей постройки.

P.S How to correctly calculate the number of residents: there are 4 apartments on each floor, one family lives in each. A total of 8 people per floor. Accordingly, multiply this number by the number of floors and get the capacity of your building.
