Adds 2 new turtleneck variations: Dyed Leather Turtnleneck and Dyed Leather No-Neck with identical stats to Leather Turtleneck.
Sold at the same shops that would sell Leather Turtleneck along with blueprints for them.
Also adds inventory icons for both pieces and Leather Turtleneck.
Dyed Leather No-Neck doesn’t have a female texture, don’t @ me about it, I won’t be doing it.
