Hobbs Is Old
Didja know that Hobbs has a randomly-generated appearance every time you start a new game? Everyone’s always "Gramps" this and "old man" that but he always looks like he’s 32 in my games.
This sets Hobbs’ initial appearance to what you see in the screenshot. Not nearly as comically decrepit as Crumblejon, but more worthy of a rambling old drunk lunatic you scooped up from a bar in the middle of nowhere.
NOTE: He won’t be as muscled as the pics when you find him, this Hobbs has leveled his stats a bit, so he’ll look even more the part when you meet him. Also he’ll have his default clothes, I didn’t change his starting gear.
That’s all. Made for my own amusement, thought I’d share it.

MOAR UPDATE: Unique NPCs adds a dozen (so far!) new unique, custom appearances for recruits and NPCs that were either random like Hobbs or just average-slider-boring:
