2 Skills per Level for Generals/Admirals
This mod lets you assign two skills to your generals for each level they increase.
The aim is to increase your ability to get powerful military generals who make big differences in simulated battles (I haven’t played too many battles as my computer is very slow so let me know how they perform). It also means you can get more attached to generals as you have developed them more.
