Radious submod: Fake Skill Point Dump for lords and heroes
Mod Overview:
This mod adds a "fakeskill" to lords and heroes that allows you to dump excess skill points in to so that you don’t have to deal with that annoying notification at the end of every turn "unspent skill points". The skill is currently locked until level 30 to prevent the ai from putting points into it as their generals level up, If people are having problems with running out of skills to put points into before that I may lower that level restriction a little. Please let me know if you encounter any lords or heroes that do not have the dump and need it :>
UPDATE: 3/9/18: added in skill tree overhaul for old world lords (Radious requested that that be added into this mod instead of uploaded seperately, and atm i dont feel up to managing a lot of seperate mods) basically its reworking/improving various skills for old world lords and their blue line in the skill tree.
