Toprus’ Smolna 8 Hammer highriser

After a long pause in building mods, here’s a big project I’ve been working on for quite a while. The building at Smolna 8 in Warsaw, nicknamed Hammer (because of its characteristic shape). The construction was finished in 1976. originally, it was supposed to be a hotel, that’s why the two versions. On top of it is a viewing terrace with a restaurant so it was a hard choice for me when it comes to picking the building type. I decided to just have 2 options. This building is available in the hotel and residential variants. The capacity is huge, but the building cost is too. It has 20 floors and 140 apartaments. It is out of prefab panels (which aren’t very well visible because of the building’s outside layer of something, which propably is cement). Text for you to put on the building is also available, if you want some propaganda written there.
The residential block version houses 540 people
The hotel version has requires 40 workers at max and can house max 400 guests. The storage is bigger than on the normal hotels.
