No AI navies
The AI will not build any new navies, or add to any existing navies with this mod active. I changed the budget of the AI so that it will not use any money on navies. Works the same way as my no AI agents mod.
Despite the AI being unable to, you, the player, can go ahead and build as many ships as you want.
Do beware though, the AI in it’s infinite wisdom will throw stacks of troop transports into the seas still.
