This is a fanmade submod for the Anbennar: A Fantasy Total Conversion Mod

This mod replaces the numerous flag-less nations’ "rebel-flag" with filler-flags. I have tried to make the filler-flags somewhat lore-friendly. This mod is a decent supplement for people like me who prefer to play with and against nations with flags.
