Request Soldiers (Lore Friendly)
Have you ever joined or allied with one of the 3 big factions of kenshi and wondered if you could them if they can lend you some men for your warband? Well so did I. I’ve made this mod so that you can actually go and ask the police of a faction if they can send some soldiers to your outpost and recruit them!
Normally if you joined the holy nation and wanted to go on a crusade, but you don’t have the men, you would go to bars and recruit people with no experience in combat. You would have to spend hours and maybe days just to train up a peasant into a warrior.
here are a list of how it works for each faction:
The holy nation: you will have to spend some cats if you want to hire some holy sentinals, paladins, high paladins, and of course the inquisitors. If you request for holy servants and the holy chosen, it is free. You need a relation of 75 or higher with the holy nation to request for the holy brothers you need. You will also need a MALE HUMAN to be able to talk to the soldiers that arrives at your outpost.
United cities: We all know that the united cities faction is all about money, so you need lots of cats. Even for just a few conscripts, it’s a lot of money. You dont need a specific number of relations with them to request for some men. All you need to do is become allies with them and you are able to speak with the police to request some samurais. As long as you’ve got cats, they don’t care.
The shek kingdom: Sheks don’t quite much care for cats, they care only for battle and their honour. So upon asking the shek police for warriors, you don’t need to spend any cats. However, you will need a relation of 90 or higher to request some shek warriors.
UPDATED: you can now ask the hounds, anti-slavers, and the flotsam ninjas for soldiers!
