House series 1-216 & 1-164
I decided to make several simple houses in the late Stalinist style (series 1-164 was approved in 1954, and 1-216 in 1957, that is, after Khrushchev’s decree in 1955 to eliminate architectural excesses) as well as some decor for them. The houses of the 1-164 series do not differ in comfort (the walls are framed with reeds, a courtyard toilet, small rooms). Series 1-216 is already better (good layouts, bathroom, central heating, brick houses). In general, quite good housing. Such houses, in my opinion, will look great somewhere in the village, look at the photo 🙂
