It’s required to have the Color of Madness DLC + Overlord Class Mod.
This mod give the Overlord a special trinket.

The trinket named Accursed Orb, which gives the Overlord the following effects:
+ 12% death blow resist.
+ 10% DMG vs human.
+ 5% crit.
+ on hit: blight (4rds).
+ 20% DMG if not holding torch.
– 10% DMG if holding torch.
+ 3 spd if not holding holy water.
– 1 Spd if holding holy water.

The trinket costs 160 shards.
