[WOTC] New Range Table for Arashi
Summary
Did you know Arashi has no extra ability like other chosen weapons have?
Wiki described Arashi suffers lessened range penalties; but I recently aware that beam shotgun and Arashi both share same short range table.
Thus, I make new range table only available for Arashi, and slightly increase its value.
Here is old and new range table – values in .ini file are configurable.
