Early Client States for 1.30+
Unlocks Client States in 1444, so you can use them the whole game instead of just the end.
Since I couldn’t find an up to date mod that unlocks client states earlier, I wound up making my own, this one, and I figured if I couldn’t find one other people wouldn’t be able to.
Compatible with 1.30 specifically, but probably works with other versions too.
Only modifies dip.txt, so compatible with anything that doesn’t affect techs. Not compatible with extended timeline, but I might make one that does that at some point.
