Skills for Skaven
It was irritating me that Warlock Engineers didn’t get Arcane Conduit or a arcane item slot despite being fully magic users in the game. If Plague Priests and Warlock Masters can get these things, so should the Engineers.
In addition, this also gives the Stalker skills DElf Assassins get to Skaven Assassins. In the Vortex Campaign at least, the Skaven factions are working at the behest of the Council of Thirteen, who often used Eshin Assassins to keep other verminkin on task.
