Two new buildings available when you have researched the Liquefaction tech: Waste Rock Extractor & Waste Rock Processor.
Now, you need to use the Waste Rock Processor to transform the Waste Rocks into usable resources. You can improve the production of waste rocks with the Waste Rock Extractor.
