AI Auto Build Upgrade
Description: AI auto builds and upgrades your realm buildings.
So basically your vassal prioritise building or upgrading their holdings. They build almost everything but it depends on them and the order of building is unpredictable. A count will focus on his count buildings only and the duke on his owned counties only and so on.
Your vassals need to have gold to build and as always the innovations is to be unlocked and pretty much any requirements for proceeding ahead of upgrading.
You can send gift to your vassals and they may do their job on building. Few vassals keep lot of gold before constructing and few quickly build so it depends.
