Off Shore Oil Platform
Off shore oil rig. Now you can drill for oil under water. Comes in two versions.
First version is found under mining and works the same as land oil rigs but will look weird if placed in deep water or entirely on land.
The 2nd version is found under factory and doesn’t require nearby oil resources.
Fixed a lot of bugs. Should work a lot better now.
