House series 1-138 GAM
Greetings! This mod consists of 6 houses made according to projects of the 1-138 GAM series. Such houses, in contrast to the previous pack, are much better decorated and have many amenities: thick walls, large rooms, sewers, so that the buildings have a high level of comfort. They are not too cheap, but they look very nice and can create a ceremonial look for your streets.
Statistics.
I will not provide specific information for each house, it is very similar.
Houses from 4 to 10 residents with 80-88% comfort. The cost of one building is 1143 – 2067 rubles.
Houses do not have collisions, so that you can place them next to each other, and therefore I recommend that you first level the surface under the buildings!
