No AI Secret Religious Cults
Limits the decision to found a secret religious society to players only. This way you will be able to enjoy the mechanic of secret cults without having to worry that the AI will flip the religion in every realm on the map every five years.
All other functions of the religious cults work normally, which means that member have the same ways to recruit others as before and the ai will still be able to manage the society, should you lose your grandmaster position somehow.
