This mod allows you to recruit courtiers to your realm who excel in a specific field. Ever just wanted an incredible marshal but your realm was full of sissy diplomats? Go ahead and recruit a burly 30 year old man who can carry your entire court on his back!
But is this mod balanced?
Hell no! I did my best to stop players from freely recruiting amazing courtiers every year by making the cost expensive for lowly rulers and an inconvenience for powerful ones but the recruited courtiers are still amazing as by design!
What’s the point of this mod?
If you’re like me, you’re not playing on ironman because you want to ♥♥♥♥ around and have some fun. This mod gives you that ability. If you’re best spymaster is 7 intrigue but you’re planning an incredible kidnapping of the king of France, create a intrigue 30 spymaster with this mod!
Do remember, the traits and abilities of your recruited professionals are still randomised. The span is 10 to 30 with a tier 4 education. No choosing to recruit a literal GOD!
