Description:

A large aircraft capable of performing rescue operations from Eggnog Industries.
Inspired by the Short Sunderland.
_______

Must be spawned in a hangar, all airbases should work.
Operating:
First, you must put down the landing gear and activate the brakes.

Starting
1. Flip the breaker, located on the left in the cockpit.
2. Turn on the Ignition, and leave it on. (It powers the cooling system)
3. Leave throttle at 0 until after you engage the propeller feathering
4. Once engines are running smoothly, engage the propeller feathering*
5. Optionally, Engage gyro and flaps(flaps increase lift, and as a result, increase drag immensely, i do not suggest having them engaged when cruising)
6. Begin taxi and takeoff.
_______

In Flight
Can be flown with gyro on or off.
Altitude hold system is located to the left of the pilot seat.
To set the altitude, enter the desired height (In metres) into the keypad, and toggle the lockable button(unlocked when gyro is active)
_______

Autopilot is located above the radar to the left pilots’ seat, and functions as such:
You can turn on the map and the autopilot system itself separately via the two buttons labeled "map" and "autopilot"
Enter your principle waypoint into the keypad, and the screen will move over to the coordinates you entered.
From there, you can enter more precise movement by interacting with the screen

You can move around the screen using your interact keys, to zoom in and out, interact with the map like you are moving, then use your other key to interact either above or below your first interaction. If you interact above the original interaction, you zoom in, and if you interact below your original interaction, you’ll zoom out.
I know it’s complex, it’s very difficult to word.
I may make a video showcasing how to operate the map

The letters on the screen correspond to these actions; C = Clear route, B = Cancel most recent waypoint, R = Center map on player
_______

Misc: Emergency beacon locator and Radar are located to the left of the pilot on the angled panel.
The radar has compass markings to assist you, and the compass it self is just above the radar near the front of the cockpit.

*you can disengage the propeller feathering (ONLY AT 0 THROTTLE) to allow the engines to continue running, and keep the batteries charging when idle.

Closing

This aircraft has been tested in extreme weather, and is very durable and trustworthy in intense waves, even tsunamis have a tough time with it.
I personally am very proud of this aircraft, and plan to make a variant that is longer and has a wider wingspan, so look out for that.

if you have any tips or advice for me, or any requests of upgrades to this aircraft.
Or just some suggestions, go right ahead!
