The name comes from "Rosie The Riveter" which is a popular symbol for American women working during WW2 in the USA. Charles killed officially 6 tanks in total during WW2 with Rosie. He is also a chad for meeting Patton, like holy ♥♥♥♥ how can you meet someone that popular after using a Cub with bazookas?
