Kill Captive fixes for Wood Elf, High Elf, Dark Elf, and Lizardmen
This fixes the duration of the kill captive option to be 5 rounds instead of 1 round for the wood elf, high elf, dark elf, and lizardmen races to match the rest of the game races. Three of the four new races for Warhammer 2 had bugged durations.
This affects both the Vortex and Mortal Empires campaigns and is savegame compatible.
