This mod will increase the movement cost of Mountains, Chasms and Ruins so they properly shape the world and direct the flow of armies.

For the costs I took the idea of no matter how advanced your tanks and stuff, going super uphill or over a huge chasm is always going to be difficult. I wouldn’t want to take a mech up Mt Everest. Floating will mitigate these costs but still be slow.
Chasms will take time to cross and ruins are going to be concrete mazes full of rubble so getting through that will be slower going.
Flying now completely bypasses cost so to have an unfettered army, they’ll all have to fly. Floating doesn’t count.
NOTE — In the tables it seems that the researchable expedited upgrades only affects walking units. Floating units don’t receive it unless there is a hero mod that gives the whole army a movement upgrade.
Here’s the cost’s below:

Mountain walking cost – 40 MPs
Mountain floating cost – 32 MPs
Expedited walking cost – 20 MPs

Chasm walking cost – 20 MPs
Chasm floating cost – 10 MPs
Expedited walking cost – 10 MPs

Ruins walking cost – 16 MPs
Ruins floating cost – 10 MPs
Expedited walking cost – 8 MPs

This should help make mountain regions quite defendable but not easy to get troops too or out.
