========== WHAT ==========
This mod should make Domination victories practically impossible, removing them and their effects from the game. That’s it.

Specifically, this mod changes the Domination victory conditions in all difficulty modes as follows:

* Domination victories require 100% of sectors to be occupied.
* Domination victories have no warning period.
* Domination victories last for 1 turn before concluding.

========== WHY ==========
Domination victories annoy me. I feel like it gets in the way of my sandbox. If I want a victory, I can typically score a Doomsday or Unification victory without much trouble, but I never get the chance to because Domination ends the game. I also don’t get to play with high-level units as much as I’d like, and I don’t want to raze settlements to keep my sector count down.

========== SUPPORT / COMPATIBILITY ==========
First of all: this is my first published mod ever, and it officially marks "success" for my 2021 New Year’s Resolution of "make mods and games".

With that being said:
* I think this is safe to implement basically any time in any game, but I’m basing that assumption *entirely* on how easy it was to make.
* If you experience any bugs, please feel free to report them here. BUT there is a very realistic possibility that I will not see any notifications. I have no idea how this works (see the part above about this being my first mod).
* This mod is *spiritually* open source. If you want to use it as the basis for a mod of your own — like fixing bugs, or, I dunno know, whatever — you may, but please credit this mod in your description, thanks.
