Terraforming QoL
Quick quality of life mod that makes terraforming skills such as the reforestation op that the Amazons have is unable to target tiles that already have that terrain/clime. I also add in to the description of the ops which terrains/climes they can’t target.
Specifically stops:
1. Rapid Reforestation targeting a forest
2. Arcadian Restoration targeting Arcadian tiles
3. Arborian Queen attempting to reforest forests
