Added more setting options

—GAME SPEED—

SLOWEST – 200% increased research and colonist food costs
FASTEST – 75% decreased research and colonist food costs

—Starting resources—

Lowest – 10% of the standard amount of starting resources
Highest – 600% of the standard amount of starting resources

—Starting Units—

Stronger – More units than the strong starting compositions

—NPC dwelling mode—

More Aggressive – 50% more demands and invade

—AI Passivity—

More Aggressive – AI love the war

—Spawner aggression—

Very high – 50% frequency and upgrade the size of their army more often
Highest – 75% frequency and upgrade the size of their army more often

—Invasion—

Instant – invasion will happen around 12 turn
Never – invasion will happen around 999 turn
