All equipped rooms on first floor with two elevators leading to empty second floor. Second floor has external walls and windows but ready for you to fill based on your imagination if you have the cash. There is also room outside on the first floor for extension onto grassy area.
Easy scenario if you don’t try to go too fast with the hiring. No staff included at startup. Enjoy.
