SLOW LEVELING!
Are you also playing this game for hundreds of hours? Are you also love to promote your doctors? Wait? 200 Specialists? Well… That’s a fast career ledger. Do you want to see your staff evolve slowly and a bit more realistic? Here you go SLOW LEVELING! It decreased the leveling drastically, so it will take a while until your fresh intern will become a world-known specialist. But he or she sure will be.
This is my first mod, which I’ve decided to upload. I’m currently working on a lot of cool ideas, but they’re not ready to publish – but thanks to this amazing and kind modder community, a lot of nice stuff is in the pipeline!
DISCLAIMER: This mod modifies the Tweakables.xml, after playtesting for a while I didn’t find any problems with other mods. I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND TO USE THIS MOD WITH THE DOCTORS MODE DLC CAMPAIGN BECAUSE IT INCREASE THE PLAYTIME DRASTICALLY! Let me know if you have or find any problems.
