Royal Peeping Hospital was created during live streams at first and later a YouTube series. Which is why the hospital comes fully staffed which extremely well trained/experienced staff. Uploading to the workshop was something I promised my viewers, but I am thrilled for it to be available to anybody who enjoys this game.
Because this was a YouTube series with this hospital being built over a long period of time, the possible downside, is all the insurances have been completed with the exception of Overcure.
