House of Soviets
Based on the building in Kaliningrad, The House of Soviets was meant to be the political centre of the city during the USSR. However, construction was never completed, and the building now sits as an empty shell, affectionately referred to as “The Robot”, “The Monster”, or just “The Ugliest Building on Russian Soil”. For our time line however, the building is very much completed, and can now take its rightful place in the centre of your Brutalist dream city!!
Item in game is a Communist Party HQ.

You can find it in game under the University tab in your mod collection, under the name "House of Soviets”.
