Custom Kingdoms AI *Dejure Favoured*
This mod will make the AI have the same prestige restrictions as the player to create custom kingdoms and empires, but it has also been balanced to do this rarely and still favour dejure titles.
Mechanics
– Prestige requirements are exactly the same as the player.
– If the dejure kingdom or empire is not created the AI will not create a custom kingdom or empire. I.e it will favour going after the dejure title.
– If ambitious or proud and the dejure title is not created, there is a 1% chance per month to create the custom title.
– If the dejure title already exists, there is a 5% chance per month to create the custom title.
– If the original prestige pre-mod limits are reached and the dejure title is created then the custom title will be created as soon as possible (i.e vanilla behaviour)

Compatability
Potentially conflicts with mods that modifes any realm decisions. For example this will be mods that modify any of the following decisions:
"holding tournament, buy indulgence, expel jews, demand liege title, declaration of independence, hold a furusiyya, restore roman empire, mend great schism, make rome capitol, some create title decisions, hold wargames"
