Description:

This little mod allows you to forbid your vassals declaring wars with the Conclave
DLC. No need to be an emperor anymore !

With the feudal administration : external wars only.
With the late feudal administration : both external and internal wars.

If you don’t have the Conclave DLC, well just raise the crown authority.
