Description:

This mod does three things:

1) Muslim Emperors can also restore the Roman Empire if they hold the right imperial titles. Take that, Constantine!

2) A new melting pot culture for Arab rulers of Greek provinces in Italy, Greece, and Anatolia, named "Rumi." It’ll only show up after 1000 CE. (Check out Wikipedia for some history and context: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rûm).

3) Emperors of the Latin Empire and the Holy Roman Empire can also restore the Roman Empire. Why should the Byzantines have all the fun?

Thanks to Baron Ultrapoor for the sweet namelist. Obviously, IREAC requires both Sword of Islam and Legacy of Rome to work right. I’ll do my best to keep this mod maximally compatible. The mod only changes the /cultures/00_cultures file and the /decisions/realm_decisions file. Any mod that doesn’t change those files will most likely be compatible!
