Description:

The Terminus Systems are the portion of the galaxy not governed by the Citadel Council. These systems are a loose affiliaton of minor species, united only by their refusal to acknowledge the authority of the Citadel Council or adhere to the Citadel Conventions. This independence comes at a price, the Terminus is fraught wth conflict. War among the various species is common.
