Description:

Star Fleet Ajax Class Destroyer was developed to replace the aging Archer class at the end of the war with Romulans. Unfortunately, the war ended before it was pressed into service. Commssioned in 2161, it serves as a border patrol vessel. Pre-TOS canon design.
