Better Hearing Matters
A simple mod that makes more than 100% hearing affect social and animal related stats. This makes the bionic ear more useful, as well as any other ears added by mods. This is a patch, so I recommend adding this near the end of your mod list. It should be safe to add or remove mid-save.
